Accommodation

There is 11 apartments in the resort. The appartments are situated by the lake.

The largest of the apartments is 60 m2 in size and has three bedrooms and sleeping quarters for six, as well as a kitchen, sauna and two terraces.

The rest of the appartments are 40-square-meter apartments and have a bedroom and sleeping quarters for four, a kitchen with a sofa bed, a sauna and a terrace.

The appartment one has two outdoor terraces. The other ten apartments have back terraces. There is direct access to the terraces from the apartments and the terraces are equipped with ball grills and garden furniture.

All apartments are located by the lake and have a beautiful view of the lake. From the apartments, you can go directly to the lake for swimming and rowing. The area has excellent hiking opportunities. Picking berries in autumn, which is a way of relaxation for Finns, and freezing the berries in case of winter.

Residents also have free use of three boats and a campfire site, beach chairs and a pier on the beach. The lake has a sandy bottom and is suitable for children's swimming. In addition, for the summer of 2024, refurbished recycled bicycles will be brought to Pitkäniemi III for the free use of visitors.

Equipment and instructions for guests

Weekly exchange day is on Fridays. Handover of the apartment by 12:00 and new residents can arrive at 16:00. Pets are allowed, but restrictions may apply. Smoking is prohibited in the apartments. The apartments must be handed over in a clean condition. Each apartment has cleaning equipment. You can get more detailed information by contacting hosting.
